Return & Exchange and Cancellation Policy

At Biased Black, every piece we create reflects our commitment to precision, quality, and transparency.
We design exclusively in black — a colour that defines our identity and purpose.
To maintain our high standards and ensure fair practices, please review our Return / Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Options

We offer:

Returns with a ₹99 deduction from the refund amount

One-time size exchange per order.

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.

2. Request Window & Conditions

  • You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Pickup will be attempted once — if missed, the request is cancelled

3. Charges & Refund Processing

  • ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount for returns to cover logistics & handling.

  • Shipping charge and COD charge is non refundable.

  • Exchange fee is ₹99, strictly one-time only

  • No second exchange or replacement after the first exchange

5. Non Returnable Items

If you order for any item which falls under accessories then you won't be able to place return/exchange request for your order. That sale would be considered final. 

6. No Return Discount Coupon

If you have applied coupon which makes you ineligible for return then you won't be able to place return/exchange request.

7. RTO (Return To Origin)

In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer non-availability, refusal, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery:

  • For prepaid orders, a non-refundable charge of ₹199 will be deducted from the refund to cover logistics and processing costs.
  • For partial COD orders, the ₹199 paid in advance will be forfeited.

This charge is strictly applied to recover shipping and handling losses incurred on failed deliveries.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of cost within 24 hours of being placed. 

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a ₹199 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

This charge covers packing costs and the payment already made to the delivery partner to book the shipment for your order.

9. Final Note

By placing an order with Biased Black, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
