SHIPPING -
- Free shipping on prepaid orders.
- Products are shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 working days.
- The order will be delivered in 6-9 working days.
- You will receive an order tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
- For international orders, customs duties may be levied at the time of delivery in certain countries.
RETURNS -
- We have a 3-day no questions asked return policy.
- Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
- A non-refundable charge of Rs.99 will be applied on all orders.
- Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Accessories like caps, notebooks, jewellery etc. are non returnable items.
- International orders are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGE -
- Only one time exchange is allowed.
- There is nominal charge of Rs.99 for any exchange orders to cover the additional shipping expenses
- Size exchange is subject to availability.
- Exchange is not available for mask, boxers and socks, notebook, cap & accessories.
RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery:
- For prepaid orders, a non-refundable charge of Rs.199 will be deducted from the refund to cover logistics and processing costs.
- For partial COD orders, the Rs.199 paid in advance will be forfeited.
This charge is strictly applied to recover shipping and handling losses incurred on failed deliveries.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a Rs.199 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
This charge covers packing costs and the payment already made to the delivery partner to book the shipment for your order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will my order get delivered? What if there’s delay?
Usually within the 5-6 days depending on your location.
And if there’s ever a delay, just call us directly. We intentionally kept our number openly visible because we know how frustrating online shopping becomes when customers are stuck talking to bots or waiting 2 days for email replies just to ask where their parcel is.
What if I need exchange or refund?
Then just reach out over email, Whatsapp or call.
If there’s a sizing issue or genuine concern, we handle it directly without making the process unnecessarily complicated.
For returns the refund goes back to original payment source instead of locking customers into store credits.
Why Biased Black and not other black?
Because most brands don’t really care about black specifically.
For them it’s just one more color inside a huge catalog. For us, black was the entire point from day one. We kept noticing how most black clothes start fading grey, losing shape or looking tired very quickly.
So instead of making hundreds of trend based products, we decided to focus on doing one thing properly — everyday black essentials that people can repeatedly wear without overthinking.
Why partial COD and not full COD?
We actually offered full COD initially.
But over time we realised most fake orders, doorstep rejections and delivery issues were coming from COD orders only.
Another thing customers usually don’t know is that courier companies also treat prepaid and COD very differently.
In prepaid orders, delivery attempts are usually taken more seriously because customer money is already involved and chances of escalation are much higher.
We still didn’t want to remove flexibility completely, so partial COD felt like a more balanced middle ground.
